If you wish to delete your Battlr account, you can submit a deletion request by contacting our support team.

1. Open your email application.
2. Compose a new email from your registered email ID.
3. Use subject: Account Deletion Request
4. Include your account details (name, email, user ID if available).
5. Send the request to our support email.
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.
• Any remaining wallet balance must be withdrawn before requesting deletion.
• Pending transactions or withdrawals must be completed first.
• After deletion, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
Upon successful deletion, your personal data will be removed or anonymized, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.
